I ordered and quickly received a victorian hat. The hat was beautiful to look at and beautifully made, as have been every item I've purchased from Historical Emporium. Unfortunately, the hat sort of "wore me" rather than my wearing the hat, i.e., it was too much hat for my smaller frame. I was sad because it was so beautiful.

The delay in delivery was due to the local postal service here,NOT the delivery time from Historical Emporium.I am very pleased at the time of shipment from the time of order. I had some issues with the local post office misdeliveri g my package(was placed in the wrong box in a cluster box) but I notified customer service at Historical Emporium and they were extremely helpful in wanting to assist me in resolving the problem..Thank you very much custome service!!

I've only had one issue involving customer service. It was quickly ad dressed and resolved fairly.
