Your clothing merchandise is very good quality . It is well made , from good quality materials . Everything I have got , while not cheap , is priced fairly and a good value for the money . The clothes fit , and look great , which is not something I have been able to find for a long time . I had one item I returned ( a pair of Trousers I ordered , which I ordered to big to make sure exactly what size I needed ) . Your customer service people handled the return and the replacement promptly , professionally , and courteously . The only other issue I had was with a pull-up strap on a pair of high topped riding boots that fails the first time I tried to put them on . I called your customer service , talked to them , sent a few pictures to them , and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction by the next day !There is no business that doesn't have a problem from time to time , what matters is how the problems are handled . The way your business handled them in my experience , is fair , prompt , and professional . You can't ask for more ! Your company is very easy to do business with , and is obviously well run and staffed by good people . I tried to find out more about a reversible skirt it seems I'm a little 'fluffy' for your largest size but I didn't want to special order in case I didn't like the style or fabric. I was told I could order the largest size to see garment & if it didn't fit I then could return it & order the size needed. The questions were answered within about 48 hours (consider weekend shopping & questions) very quick service.

I had to return a blouse that was too small. The website recommended ordering a replacement rather than doing a straight exchange, and returning the too-small blouse for a refund. This was suggested as the fastest way to get the right size blouse quickly, rather than encountering a possible processing delay with an exchange. This worked very nicely. I got my new blouse in a couple of days and my refund a day or so later. I had dreaded the hassle of an exchange, but this method worked very smoothly. Happily, the blouse was packing in a standard USPS flat box, on a hanger, folded neatly with two pins and covered with a plastic sleeve. The blouse was ready to try on, and easy to repack neatly when it didn't fit. I don't expect to need to return any future blouses I order now that I know how the sizing runs, but it was nice to learn that returns were nothing to be dreaded.
