I ordered two shirts from Historical Emporium. Both 3X. I received them quickly. The one shirt fits perfectly while the other was extremely oversized. The neck, which was described as 18-20 inches actually measured 22 inches. I called customer service and explained the situation. I asked if an exchange for a 2X would be possible. They immediately sent the new shirt with a pre-paid shipping label for me to return the other. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.

The lady who answered the phone went out of her way to ensure I got perfect fit on the shirt and suggested the garters. I didn't know what I wanted in a tie and she helped me pick out a good one. Had she been standing beside me she couldn't have done better. As for the delivery time: my order was supposed to take several days, maybe a week......but it took just four days to my door. I'm not used to such short delivery times from anyone except Amazon...and I'm only three miles from one of their "hubs".

Amazing quality and pricing. I just wish I had ordered the belt 2" shorter, it is too big for my dad. Is there anything I can do to resolve this or do we just have to make due? Thank you.

The pants I purchased are heavy duty. They fit perfectly when I used the guidelines suggested for sizinbgg. These are to quality pants made of the highest quality material and duplicate the Old West pants I have always loved but could never find in stores. They are great.

I ordered over the last two years repeatedly Frontier Classic high waist Trousers.They are solid products and very comfortable to wear.No itching or slipping on the waist.Here in Germany you are always the point of attention and really individuality wearing this stuff. The service I received from Historical Emporium is and was simple said outstanding.Goods arrive promptly within 2 weeks over the Atlantic in my corner of the Black Forest. Good show! Great store for good old fashioned Quality. With lots of wood, leather , silk, versus plastic, vinyl and Made in China. For example I bought silk suspenders which are usually made out of stretchy polyester. Where else would have that. In addition the suspenders had genuine leather button anchors. They cost more but I am willing to pay for the quality.
