I ordered the wrong size hat. Expressed shipped it back and Julia was great help as was Noel who's suggestion worked best. US mail had the package arriving in San Jose, the 3rd. It didn't get there. Noel's suggestion he left on my voice mail to buy another and they would refund the first upon receiving it. I was nervous about sizing, as like most, I'm not a straight size. I called, they courteously helped me decide on size and each of my 3 items (walking skirt, vest and Gibson girl blouse) came carefully packaged in just 7 days, although the vest was a 'special order' item and I anticipated a delayed delivery. Everything fit perfectly and each item is well made and authentic to the time period. I will certainly recommend your site to others!

Overall, the customer service was very good, I did request a larger size, but you guys didn't have it in stock, the salesman told me on the phone that I can try the smaller one. If it doesn't fit, I could always return it. Not knowing that it would cost me another 1295 for shipping. He should've clarified that but overall I am very satisfied.
