I have ordered many times from you. My last order, I had to exchange a hat for a larger size. It was easy and I recieved the new one in days.

I wasn't expecting such fast service. I don't order things very often. But getting merchandise within a week +/- beats the old way. Thanks to the Internet, streaks ahead of the postal service. It might be a bit of a lark, to do it the old way just to find out if it will still take 6-8 weeks to ship. Lots of young people can't believe that is used to take that long. All in all very convenient. Very fine store with excellent customer service.
