I have on numerous occasions bought items from Historical Emporium. The trousers you sell are very good in material and workmanship. Years ago I could buy Scully brand suspender trousers at many of the western store outlets but about 35 years ago they stopped stocking these trousers which I wear as everyday dress especially while I am working and riding my horses. I love the internet for very few things, but it is a blessing to find the trousers , shirts, and suspenders along with other items of apparel you sell. Everything I have purchased so far has been exceptional. I will definitely shop your store again, as long as I am able. Thank you for good service and quality merchandise, frontier classic is very good and I have no complaints!

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.

Wonderful product & Customer Service

I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.
