I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping. Great service. When I received my order, (in two days), a couple items were too large. The return process was quick and easy. I love the products and the service.

I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly.
