Sizing chart for the item I purchased seems to be inaccurate resulting in the need for an exchange but wasn't significant as the young man I spoke to in customer service was a great help with this, specially since it was an international order involving tax and broker issues. I found what I needed on their web page. That was hard to do only because there was a lot of choices, but after I decided I ordered and the package arrived that same week. The company did send me a message to confirm I received the package and thank me for my purchase. As for the product it was of good quality and with expected alterations it fit great. I have done historical reenactments for over 20 years, and this company has historically accurate clothing.
