I have thoroughly enjoyed my products from Historical Emporium. Customer relations were very courteous and helpful on sizing. My order came in a good time line, I would definitely recommend buying from this company.

I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. Historical Emporium is one of my "go-to" sources for mid to late 19th century clothes and etceteras. I say 'one' because other sources provide additional options that are unavailable at HE. I like HE's offerings and quality, so I am by no means diminishing HE. Obviously, I'll be back.
