The product was good quality. Ordering went smoothly with product arriving in good time and in good condition.

After paying extra money for a rapid delivery I was informed on the day I was expecting this item that it was running late and the possibility occurred that I would receive this item only AFTER I needed it. I then called AMAZON and they immediately got in touch with the Historical Emporium (this was all late at night). What surprised me was that Historical Emporium immediately sent an email refunding the additional delivery charge, and then assured me that my package would arrive the next day. It did. My only regret was that in my AMAZON review, I wasn't sure exactly how a particular prop worked on this item and-due to my own ignorance-claimed that an item was missing (although I pointed out that it was a minor flaw. Afterward I discovered that the 'minor flaw' was me. Thank you Historical Emporium. You came through when so many other companies don't.

Item arrived much too large. They were happy to send another after I took some measurements and the second one fits perfectly. I'm 6'9" and typically can't buy "off the rack" but this item fits very well and looks great. Thanks Noel!
