I am a docent at Pioneer Village in Cameron, WI. The museum asks that all volunteers dress in period clothing. I found exactly the gear I was looking for since I volunteer as a train station agent and telegrapher. The clothing is top notch and the prices are quite fair.

I've never once had a single issue with them aside from getting a waistcoat too big but that's because I ordered the wrong size!
