Overall, excellent workmanship, I had hoped for the prices for my order to be of good materials, but had planned for disappointment. Happily.. ..no worries!!!!

I ordered two shirts from Historical Emporium. Both 3X. I received them quickly. The one shirt fits perfectly while the other was extremely oversized. The neck, which was described as 18-20 inches actually measured 22 inches. I called customer service and explained the situation. I asked if an exchange for a 2X would be possible. They immediately sent the new shirt with a pre-paid shipping label for me to return the other. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.

I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping. Great service. When I received my order, (in two days), a couple items were too large. The return process was quick and easy. I love the products and the service.

After resolving an issue with a shipping address different from my billing address, I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the customer service representative with whom I spoke.

I REALLY appreciate the old fashioned items offered at reasonable prices. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is a little better tracking system for packages. This is not big deal overall but I like to watch for packages as I live in a rural area and if I do not know something is coming, it can sit in the mailbox or beside the mailbox for a couple of days... And nowadays, it could grow legs and walk off, if you know what I mean.
