Overall, i am generally very happy with the products and services from Historical Emporium.
I live in the UK, so however, i would just add that once the postal shipping charges plus the customs tax charges are added, buying products from Historical Emporium can work out as a rather expensive proposition.
Of course, i understand that this is no fault of your good selves, though it does very much put me off buying from you in future. IF An item is over a certain price, an exorbitant customs charge is added. Combined with the postage, it can work out to a rather hefty expense.
Can't fault your wonderful products of course, but the added expense does put me off somewhat.

I purchased a Red Bib shirt which was not the material advertised. This came as a surprise to Customer Service who immediately sent me a return label and RMA.
They were great, the company that made the shirt was not following the agreed upon material choice were not so great.

I had the wrong color sent to me. Customer service was great! They quickly sent me the right color & even sent a return label to send the other product back.
