My experience in buying the Long Riding boots I ordered the Long Riding Boots, and when they arrived, one boot, though marked the right size, was noticeably smaller than the other boot. I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient.
