Whenever I have emailed to ask a question about something; I always get a reply asap, the quality of the clothes is amazing, bought a pair of cotton brushed trousers a few years back and they still looking good and still holding up! I've never once had a single issue with them aside from getting a waistcoat too big but that's because I ordered the wrong size! I have made several orders. Fromo Historical Emporium over the years. The products have been well made and very worth buying. I ordered a Brown canvas duster this time. It is replacing a duster I got a couple of years ago. That duster was always tight across the shoulders and arms. But was fine everywhere else. The new dustervis a size larger and fits better, somehow the world has changed and mens size 42 is no longer a medium, but a large.

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.
