Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.

I've made purchases from historical emporium several times before. I live in the West U.S. (Colorado and New Mexico) and like the frontier style of your shirts. Every shirt I've purchased with this style looks excellent along with my flat-topped western hats and my cowboy boots. The complete look is true west - not "Hollywood fakey". I get compliments on what I wear almost every day - from family, friends, and - even from folks I don't know, at a store or shopping mall or gas station for example! I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. The overall experience was quite adequate. I had a sizing issue so ordered a larger size and returned the original. The return process was handled in short order. Unique Company and products. Will return as required.
