The selection on the site is immense while most places have ONE vest, this place is a gold mine of style and quality vests, they are simply unequaled in the world. Furthermore, the delivery of the one I needed was so fast, but more impressively in a completely intact one-piece actual vest-sized, flat. It was not folded, wrinkled or otherwise marred. I am a docent at Pioneer Village in Cameron, WI. The museum asks that all volunteers dress in period clothing. I found exactly the gear I was looking for since I volunteer as a train station agent and telegrapher. The clothing is top notch and the prices are quite fair.

After paying extra money for a rapid delivery I was informed on the day I was expecting this item that it was running late and the possibility occurred that I would receive this item only AFTER I needed it. I then called AMAZON and they immediately got in touch with the Historical Emporium (this was all late at night). What surprised me was that Historical Emporium immediately sent an email refunding the additional delivery charge, and then assured me that my package would arrive the next day. It did. My only regret was that in my AMAZON review, I wasn't sure exactly how a particular prop worked on this item and-due to my own ignorance-claimed that an item was missing (although I pointed out that it was a minor flaw. Afterward I discovered that the 'minor flaw' was me. Thank you Historical Emporium. You came through when so many other companies don't.

I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.
