I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.

Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. I had an easy purchase. We didn't have anytime to make anything for an event that came up short notice. So I opted to purchase a vintage style men's swimsuit because I just did not have the option to get one put together myself. I sew professionally but sometimes just don't have the time to sew for myself.
