Prompt and very helpful customer service, A+

Overall, the customer service was very good, I did request a larger size, but you guys didn't have it in stock, the salesman told me on the phone that I can try the smaller one. If it doesn't fit, I could always return it. Not knowing that it would cost me another 1295 for shipping. He should've clarified that but overall I am very satisfied.

Easy to use website to place orders. Order was posted within a day or two of order. Order arrived when Historical Emporium said it would arrive. Price was reasonable for a garment that looks like period clothing and looks great on stage.

Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Their customer service was excellent.

I ordered over the last two years repeatedly Frontier Classic high waist Trousers.They are solid products and very comfortable to wear.No itching or slipping on the waist.Here in Germany you are always the point of attention and really individuality wearing this stuff. The service I received from Historical Emporium is and was simple said outstanding.Goods arrive promptly within 2 weeks over the Atlantic in my corner of the Black Forest. Good show!
