The customer service folks were quite helpful as I called and chatted with them a few times with different questions. The checked on colors and confirmed measurements and more :-)

The product I ordered happened to be the wrong color I immediately called customer service and they took care of the problem right away I mailed back my product and they replace it with the right color I want to thank CustomerService very much for taking care of it so promptly CLARENCE

A terrific coat. Great for winter wear. Although a 46R it needed alteration because the sleeves were too long by almost 5 inches and the button holes difficult to use at first. Ordering was easy; instructions clear and precise, delivery swift and with no damage to the coat. I'll be back as soon as i scrape up enough to buy a Callahan frock coat for the summer weather.

I made a couple of purchases. The sizing charts were a big help. I followed those instructions and the fit of my Old West pants and suspenders was perfect. I'll be doing additional shopping at Historical Emporium.

Nothing adjustment methods would have been easier than imagining I knew about them.
