I ordered the wrong size boot but just followed the instructions for returns and received the correct size with no hassle.

I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. These folks were great to work with! I'm gonna guess from my own experience that a lot of people have bought and will buy a size or two too small. That's because these clothes fit. They replaced the pants in record time with the correct size. I'm gonna continue buying from them and now I know my current size. My hat's off to these people!
