I had to return a pair of boots that I wanted to wear at my wedding. The color was off. The return process was easy and the customer service rep that helped me was professional and informative. She helped me to select another item that will work perfectly.

I was disappointed I couldnt wear your pants since the legs are slim cut. You should reconsider the sizing since I have to go elsewhere. I would like to buy from you but I guess my selections will be limited.
