Sizing chart for the item I purchased seems to be inaccurate resulting in the need for an exchange but wasn't significant as the young man I spoke to in customer service was a great help with this, specially since it was an international order involving tax and broker issues. Overall though it was a great shopping experience. The item I purchased is absolutely beautiful, very top quality and exactly as I hoped it to be.
