Ordered five products overall from historical emporium. Had to return one for a refund, I use the size chart provided, and product was too big. I returned it to the company and was refunded within the week. Order processing and shipping was faster than I expected. Overall a great experience.

My purchase went very smoothly

I emailed before I bought the shirt and explained that I needed a medium size shirt but that typically I needed a longer sleeve than a medium comes in. I was emailed back that maybe Etsy could help me.
