I always brace myself that the products are rarely as good as the photos but HE just proved to be the exception. Of the several products I purchase, ALL were as good as the images, and exceeded my expectations. Really high quality and very competitive pricing. HE is now my go-to store for historical costume options. Oh ...and I paid extra for expedited shipping and it arrives within a couple days. Kudos for the quick actions as needed and expected!

I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase.
