A very nice and generously sized fan. It seems to be well made and should withstand a lot of use. The only thing that would make it better is if the plastic parts were wood instead.

Beautiful fan, REALLY circulates air. I keep it with me when I go to specials events and special places like church; worth the price. I read another review that said it was "hard to close", well it's a large, LACE fan so that's expected, meaning the fan is not made of simple paper where it would take hardly any effort to close. In my opinion the fan is NOT hard to close if you close it properly. Buy the fan and be FABULOUS.

The fan was excellent. I purchase the Red Walking Dress and Black feather Paracal and opened finger black gloves and anything matched perfectly. Everything was of the highest quailty. I would recommend to everyone. Will be using for a ball where I will b a lady from 1880's.

A sweet little "extra" to add to my costume . I was so happy to see that it is very very well constructed. I am sure I will get actual use out of this fan as well. Not just a "prop" but an actual fan ! Awesome price and fine workmanship. Who could ask for more ?!?

Doesn't open or close easily and ribs are very cheap plastic. Still, it does move air and looks quite nice when opened.
