For your consideration, a traditional red union suit, patented in mid 1850's and became a Victorian wardrobe staple for the next fifty years.

The nickname Long Johns is rumored to stem from the a colorful Victorian bare knuckled prize fighter, John L Sullivan, who wore long underwear in the ring and dominated boxing in the late 1880's.

Our full length union suit features a button placket front, button rear "fireman's flap" (yes, it opens) and thick wrist and ankle cuffs. Button styles may vary.

Available in sizes S - 2X.

Imported, 100% pre-shrunk comfortable stretch poly fabric, and machine washable for years of service.

Too short in the torso for someone 6'4"
I would give this much higher stars because it is good quality, seems well made but I ordered the size suggested 2XL but I am 6'4" and it doesn't fit from shoulders to crotch. And unfortunately because it's considered undergarment, I cannot return it. I wish I could say it was $80 well spent. The sizing chart needs to be more thorough. I am a repeat customer and have always been very happy. No reflection on company's other products.

I purchased a union suit from the Emporium and am very satisfied with my purchase ! I have ordered twice from the Emporium and both times I have been totally satisfied ! Both for the quality of the items I purchased and their customer service ! I live in South Carolina so therefore both times I purchased was for a Christmas present for my significant other and both times I received each item in a very timely manner and both were received before Christmas so that I could give as Christmas presents ! Ordered 2 of these - Size M for my smaller bigger brother and an XL for me - the bigger little brother. When I received them I tried mine on right away and found the XL to fit perfectly in the legs, arms, and across the chest. The problem was in the fit between crotch and neck - way too small - gives me a wedgie! Should've got an XLT. Off to charity it goes! My smaller bigger brother said his fit just fine except maybe a bit long in the legs and sleeves but otherwise it's great.

PURCHASED THESE AS A GAG GIFT FOR A FEMALE FRIEND THAT IS CONSTANTLY FREEZING. I KNEW SHE WAS GOING TO OHIO FOR CHRISTMAS TO BE WITH FAMILY, AND IT WAS ALREADY SNOWING THERE. SHE COMPLETELY LOVES THEM. WEARS THEM ALL THE TIME.

There is a note on the label that says not to use these as sleep ware, but that's what I use them for primarily. I can see why they discourage it since too much movement might loose some buttons resulting in an unwanted draft. Nice material, good fit and very comfortable.
