Ladies Twill Car Coat - Black

I really like this car coat for the most part. I wish the lapels were a little bit longer to make it look a little bit more Victorian, or early Edwardian as well little bit more feminine. However, the fabric is nice and thin, which makes it ideal for early fall, late spring, or dusty rhodes. This coat has no lining in it, which is also nice because it doesn't make it overly thick or heavy. The pockets are nice and big, and although I think the skirt of the coat could be a little bit wider to accommodate full skirts, it's not a bad fit.

I have not worn it yet, but I will be wearing at a Christmas parade as I walk beside my husbands 1916 Model T.

By following the size chart I was comfortably in the middle of medium. Alas, it was too tight and had to pay a small fortune in postage to return if for a larger size and will be charged again for postage for the new one.

I needed a duster that would match with an Old West cosplay I am putting together, and this was perfect. But the thing I love most is that it is stylish enough to incorporate into my everyday wardrobe as well. Looking forward to getting a lot of wears out of this great coat.

This coat fit true to size, and I love the weight of it - not too heavy, not too light. The best thing about it is it has pockets!!!

Great jacket! Nice design and fit

I've always loved the look of a coat like this, and I wasn't disappointed when I received mine. As I'm very short it hangs lower on me, but I think that makes it look even better!

I love this coat! It is perfect for California winters and might run a tad bit large, but can easily be adjusted. It took a bit longer to receive than I thought, but it was worth the wait.

This was purchased as a gift, and the recipient was very pleased. Size small fits a young, thin frame well. The shoulders lined up perfectly, but the waist runs rather large for a small coat. This is a very simple fix, though; the buttons on the back-gathering straps can easily be sewn in another place according to one's waist, or the straps can just be tied together for a different look. The quality is superb, especially considering the low price. Highly recommended.

I just got my twill duster and I am very pleased with it. It is made of a medium thickness of cotton and would be a good autumn coat. The detailing (the way it buttons at the back) is excellent and the cut is extremely faithful to the original style coats. The price is excellent for what you get, and I can't wait to wear it.
