We probably could have gone down a size as fit was a little larger than expected. Otherwise, excellent quality, as usual.

Great looking shirt. Use a lot of heavy spray starch if you want the collar to stand up for hours. The size large sleeve length was not 35-36", but more like 33-34" after washing in cold water and line drying. Noticeably shorter sleeves than the Viceroy in size large.

This shirt is for my wedding. It is beautiful but too large so I will exchange it for a smaller size.

The shirt looks great and it fit very well. However, the material is really thin and it wrinkles soooo easily. After one wear it'll be going to the cleaners to get pressed. I ironed it when it came out of the package. It was a bit of a challenge to remove all the wrinkles so that's why it'll go to the cleaners to get pressed.

I wanted a second shirt and a different necktie for my GAR impression. Although the shirt was listed as a special order and I was cautioned that it would take longer to send, it came in record time- two weeks.

The shirt was supposed to be and feel midiam. But it felt large. Didn't fit me right.

I just returned from Tombstones "Helldorado Days" where I wanted to get my photo taken with the Earp brothers and Doc Holliday. I had wonderful black Frontier Classics trousers, red apache scarf, grey tweed vest and white banded collar shirt. I ended up hating the shirt. It made me feel like I was choking. I bought the Sinclair Edwardian shirts in all the colors available and LOVE them. With the proper ties I can leave the collar unbuttoned, breathe and still look good.

I paid for fast delivery and it was on my door step the next day! Tried it on the actor yesterday and he was very happy to have a proper shirt to wear for the show!!!! Thank you for making life a lot easier for me!

I like Frontier Classics shirts except that the sleeves are usually too short for me. I’m over 6’ 2” with longer than average arms and legs. The fact that Historical Emporium stocks extra long, or ‘Tall’, versions of the shirts is perfect. I haven’t found them anywhere else (which is why I bought the shirt from them rather than from a supplier in the UK). I wish the long versions of Frontier Classics shirts were more widely available because this one I’ve bought is very good.

I do period recreations and Steampunk cosplay. I needed a shirt for a new cosplay not to dissimilar to the office outfits worn on The Gilded Age on HBO Max. This shirt is very close to what I was looking for and the price was not bad. It matched the frock and waist coat I got for the cosplay very well.
Understand in period, many white shirts were off white and not stark white. I love the texture and color difference.
If you are looking for a more casual Late Victorian/Edwardian shirt, this will do the trick.

One of my favorite shirts. Fits perfectly, and looks great. Good quality, and great for those who want that true western 1800's look. It also looks great with my antique 1879 A.W. Co. Waltham with key pocket watch. Would recommend!

Online comments said the shirt fits on the large size so I went with the fit chart and bought a medium instead of the usual large and it fits perfect. Plenty of shoulder room and arm length is exact. Beautifully made. Shipping was really fast to Canada.
