Classic Canvas Duster - Walnut

Very heavy-duty coat (heavy is the key word here). Also a bit larger than my two other dusters (also size “L” but not as large as this coat). No problem, though, this one is great for colder weather shoots)

I bought this, a black cowboy hat, black canvas waistcoat and a sheriff badge for a look I was going for, aside from the badge I wore the outfit to the cinema to see the phantom of the opera and I got a few compliments and not only that I've never felt more like myself wearing these clothes!

Feel like I need to be wearing this alongside Clint Eastwood in any Western

This duster is well made and will be put to use during the winter months. All clothing I have purchased from here is high quality!

Product is well made and fits almost perfectly, the sleeves are too long but that's what one expects from non tailored clothing. I bought it primarily for daily wear but also for the occasional living history event. Other than trying it on I haven't had the opportunity to wear it out.

Duster was delivered almost next day! Had to return it because it was too big. Return system was super easy. Ordered new one in correct size had it 2 days later. It looks GREAT on! Looking forward to wearing it at SASS EOT end of February in Phoenix

Everything I have bought form Historical Emporium has been outstanding, authentic and makes GREAT stage clothes for our 3 time music award nominated Southern Rock Band Deacon Stone!! The only tricky part is getting the sizing right. Yes they have charts, but even then it's difficult to gauge (Usually end up getting them too big and then have to buy a second item smaller) which I guess in good for them LOL!!

Fantastic high quality duster. Well made, fit is perfect. The length is just a tad longer then I had expected but I'll have it adjusted to fall at knee length by a tailor. It's not too thin and matches my wells Fargo coachman outfit and gun fighter outfit. Very pleased with this purchase. I have ordered other clothing from historical emporium and have not been disappointed by their products. Will be purchasing a smoking jacket and a couple of other pants in the near future. The coat is heavy duct canvas. I ordered it a size smaller knowing that I will probably never close it up. I'm a XXL and the XL fit perfectly. Sleeves are long so they may have to be shortened. I'm a 34/35 length.Just a tip, I put the coat in the washer under hot water along with fabric softener. Then into the dryer at hot also. The coat comes out a little softer with minimal, if any, shrinkage.

Wearing it to a western themed party. Tried it on for my wife with the rest of the getup and she loved it. The fit and quality are very good for the price.

I ordered the canvas duster. The Duster I got was exactly as represented. It was not lined. It is made of canvas and is of good quality. I received the duster very quickly after I ordered it. I am pleased with the purchase

I got this Duster to replace a duster I got here a couple of years ago.
The old one was allways tight across the shoulders and arms. I am 5ft 9 170 lbs. And wear a size 42 jacket.
The first Duster was a medium. And the new one is a large. It fist better across the back / shoulders. So a 42 seems to be the transition between medium and large.
The canvas seemed to be a lighter weight. But giving it a wash and though the dryer. It now feels as sturdy as my old one.

Good quality, and weight, fits perfect and looks good on the tall fat man.

The duster is just as advertised. As I was checking the tracking, it said it was already at my door! I am well-pleased with both the coat and you're service. Order your normal size.

I wasnt expecting much but it is very well made. Its a thick canvas and heavy-duty stitching. I put a waterproofing spray befor its first use. I bought the coat one size to big because i wanted it to fit over my body armor. I am an armed security officer.

BUT..... to my amazement.... got to me 1 week after I bought it.

I have absolutely no complaints! It was shipped on time and it’s durable! I love it.

i wear it a lot while riding, and its very strong. kept me warm enough on a freak wisconsins winter day when the windchill hit -60f (like, -40 standing temp), but im also known to be very cold tolerant so take that with a grain of salt. doesnt look costume-y or cosplay-y, its legit.

Purchased this as a gift for Grandson and he loved it! Made well & looks authentic- great price and quick ship.

Ordered an XL so I could wear a jacket or insulated shirt under it. Generous sleeve length and I have a long wingspan. Heavy denim will protect from the elements to a point. Quality garment at a good price.

This duster is nice but not quite perfect. The way the shoulder is cut makes them very narrow, and I had to exchange for a size larger. The larger size is still tighter in the shoulders than it should be, but its usable at least.

Otherwise this duster seems to be built well enough to last for quite a few years, and overall I'm happy with it.

As a big person I am always concerned about fit. This was fine, especially through the chest where I have problems - football lineman build. I wouldn't plan on wearing a suit coat underneath it, if you are a bigger person. Good quality garment especially for the price. Not advertised as water-repellent but I think it would stand up to the rain OK - at least the kind of rains we typically get in New Mexico!

Great fit for my Cosplay "GALAXY GUNFIGHTER" outfit. Great look to it and fit perfect over my armor.

The duster is well made. It is warm at night and keeps the wind out. The duster also repells water and in a light rain should do well. I'm very pleased with the purchase.
