Extremely well made western holster in black tooled leather.

The holster is made to slide onto a belt, and is sized for a standard frame revolver, and fits most barrel lengths 6 to 8 inches. The holster will also accommodate Smith & Wesson double action revolvers that have a frame size of K though N. Double action revolvers from other manufacturers that have a frame that is equivalent to the Smith & Wesson revolvers will also fit in the holster. Holster is made of saddle grade leather, with durable stitching for long service. Features rawhide leg ties and adjustable hammer loop. Silver snap trim.

Produced in Mexico by skilled craftsmen, this south-of-the-border original evokes the spirit of the 1800's Southwest.

Features a leather leg tie strap, and also an adjustable leather hammer loop to secure your revolver. The holster is adjustable for a good fit on your revolver. Click here for instructions on how to adjust the holster.

Could be better
Good quality holster but not as great for practical purposes as some other holsters. Wish it had a top strap to keep pistol secure.

Long barrel holster says it takes an 8 inch barrel mine is 7 inch and sticks out just barley.

Misleading item description.
The description said long barrel and that the Pietta 1858 new army revolver would fit. The barrel sticks out the bottom by about one inch which is the only reason for my disappointment. Maybe the description could be amended to include this information. However, the holster is of good quality leather and It looks good. I like it enough to keep it anyway. The hammer loop keeps the revolver looked in. Swing the hammer loop off the revolver and it's ready to quickdraw. I am overall happy with this purchase.
