Men's Twill Knickers - Black

The twill knickers are the best quality and perfect for the costume I need (late Victorian/early Edwardian bicycle dandy). Im very happy with them, thank you. The only improvement could be an option to have a button or lace closure to the hem instead of elastic, which needs to be inverted inside the leg to hide it. Great job! Thanks again.

I wore these for years as regular pants everyday.
They were my favorites, but they sold out years ago.
I couldnt get them anywhere after that.
I cant express how glad i am that they are back in stock.
Im 100% absolutely buying more.

The quality of the pants is excellent, however they are much too long and will need to be altered before we use them. They should be a little poofy at the knees, but instead they go all the way down to the actor's ankles.

Fit well and look great. I wore them with tall boots and it worked excellently. Well made. The button fly takes some getting used to. It a bit slower than a zipper.

I'm glad that I ordered them well in advance as I just received them on Saturday, May 29th almost a month late! So much for two day shipping with the USPS. They fit fine.

I wear a size 38 pants. I wanted these to be a bit loose, so I went up one size to 40. They still fit as snug around the waist as normal 38s. If you want them to be loose, go up 2 sizes. I also want these in grey, but the only color they have is khaki. Still happy with purchase. I think I'll just try to dye them myself.

Although surprisingly light weight, these knickers have a good body and keep their shape. The elastic in the legs is not too tight, and doesn't get uncomfortable with long wear.

Just what the doctor ordered, these knickers are lightweight (read "cool"), well-constructed, and versatile. The stretch bands at the bottom of the pantlegs make it easy to position them just above the calf, and they stay put just where you want 'em.

1 star only because there in not a zero star option. The first time I wore these pants they ripped right next to the inseam from the crotch to the bottom on both sides. The seam did not split, rather the fabric actually tore away from the seam. They looked and felt great but need to be made of a more durable fabric.

Customer service was great about a refund and I definitely don't want a replacement until I have assurance that a more durable fabric is being used.

I have a 1937 Raleigh Sport and it doesn't feel right riding in modern clothes-these are light, cool and comfortable and perfect for summer riding

Third time is a charm, these are what I needed and they fit! These knickers are light weight, perfect for Iowa in July, now I'm ready for our centennial event.

The knickers look great and were a perfect fit, just the size I ordered. The problem: my boxers showed through in the sun! Since discovering this was the case, I've been more craeful to my choice in colors for my under garments. Aside from this snafu, no issues.
