Another beautiful shirt

Excellent shirt, it'll be perfect for my Dickens Christmas outfit with my 72" Christmas pudding ascot. I ordered the largest size available as I'm 6'8 300lbs and typically wear a Hawes & Curtis 20" neck with 38" sleeve. The viceroy fits well, has a good feel with sleeves long enough for me.

Very bright and white! Use lots of heavy spray starch to keep the collar up all day. I normally wear a 34-35" sleeves, and this large size shirt fit perfect after washing in cold water and line drying.

I give mixed reviews on the Viceroy shirt. I paid $94 to have it delivered. It is a comfortable cotton shirt but that's where the complements end. The sleeves were 38" long - I needed 32". You would think for that price they would have better options for an XL shirt.

Great high collar shirt.

This shirt works perfectly with my Victorian costume for Community Theatre.

The size of historically cut shirts can be tricky, as the HE site does say, but it means that I have to get the sleeves shortened to fit me before I wear this. The cloth is lovely quality, and it looks great with the black stock.

I love the material and style of the shirt.
Packaging was great and felt adequate (perhaps better) to protect the item from anything that fate would throw at it.
I especially love the fluted chest fabric, as it looks very dashing.

I ordered this for my son who was in a school play that required Edwardian costuming. The shirt was very authentic and looked fantastic with the rest of the outfit that was also ordered from Historical Emporium.

The shirt looks exactly like I needed it to, but the fabric is a bit thin. The actor doesn't mind, though - keeps him cooler.

The pullover style of this shirt throws the historical accuracy onto another level. The collar height (just below my ears) is perfect and as I ordered a bit larger than my size, I anticipate that any shrinkage from washing will not be a problem. Especially nice that it has the convertible cuffs and placket!
