This item was bought as a spare, but was so nice, wore it as the 'first choice'. Nice material, subtle , goes with anything of the period.

I had never worn one before, but thanks to the instructions conveniently provided by the Emporium via a link on the product page, I was prepared to tie this accessory straight out of the package. I simply removed the tags, snipped the thread holding the pocket square to it, and donned the ascot in a few seconds; it's really that easy! The instructions are almost unnecessary, save to point out that there is not an actual knot for an ascot. I ordered this black paisley ascot to pair with the Middlethorpe Vest - Emerald, which I purchased in the same transaction. The paisley is subtle yet exquisite, and it perfectly compliments both my new vest and my everyday three-piece suits should I be in the mood for a different look.
