I purchased the Vaughan Green Waistcoat, since I needed a different color and style to accent my wardrobe for an upcoming event. The material is high quality, the color is true and represented well by the photos, and the fit was as described. I was surprised by the quality and how well made it was. Shipping was quick. This vest is a great basic piece. It's surprisingly difficult to find well-made vests these days and I'm so glad they had one perfect for my husband. Shipping was quick, the order went smoothly, and the price was right.

Great looking waistcoat and fits the purpose perfectly. A little too roomy at the waistline and does not have the adjustable band at the back; however if I expand, there is room for me to grow! A size smaller would not fit properly in the chest, so prefer the roomier waist as the lesser issue. It is also worn under an 18th century-like coat so no overall worries.

This Waistcoat was worn for a total of two weeks 14 days straight for 14hrs each day, cleaning was a good brushing and hand wash on every (never let a machine wash such a garments) 5th day. The performance was simple outstanding never was a fabric covered button lost, nor one of the 4 lined pocket torn even the lining stayed intact and in place after each wash, quite surprisingly I might add, all stitching was tight on all seems and points simply perfect.

The beautiful fabric design is amazing, one can feel each and every swirl of the tapestry, black highlights emphasized by the dark black background. A silver Pocket watch-chain draped across the front with a starched crisp white shirt underneath and I was the talk of the office now everybody wants to know where I purchased this extraordinary Waistcoat, I think I'll tell next week.
This is a must have for any true Gentleman !

This is an amazing looking vest. The collar will be better if you have a longer neck. I originally ordered a 3x, but had to exchange it for a 2x. Customer service was fantastic. The exchange was made way quicker than I anticipated due to the current Covid crisis. Always a pleasure to shop with HE.

I've wanted a green waistcoat for the holidays and St. Patrick's day and I finally purchased this one. I love it! The high collar gives it a little oriental look. It's a little longer than usual waistcoats, which I like. If I wear a belt, it's hidden nicely with this. The fabric is beautiful and it's fairly lightweight so I'll be wearing it in the spring as well.

I wanted a Victorian feel for Christmas photos this year, and my wife wanted me in green. As a clergyman, this worked perfectly with my clerical collar. These were probably our best Christmas photos yet!

Medium is a Medium. Recommend not take the advice from other reviews which suggested to go down a size because it runs large. Not the case with my vest. Elegant and subtle pattern, regret did not fit. Will return.

This is the perfect waistcoat to bridge the gap between formal and classy casual attire. It goes with a wide variety of colors and accessories and allows a great deal of flexibility. It is well designed, made, and fitted. A true work of art!

Got it a little big, but ended up fitting just fine. Hopefully, lose some more weight and get it tapered. Great quality, going to be ordering a lot of my clothes from here.
