Are you a banker, bean-counter, or even in a barber shop quartet? Our Sweeny Trousers start off your sophisticated (or toe-tapping) style from the bottom up. A classic addition to the 19th-century inspired wardrobe.
Understated in a business-like check pattern, our late 1800s period pants feature many style elements specific to the era including a high waist, button fly, fishtail back and exterior suspender buttons. Plenty of pockets including two slant pockets at the front, change pocket and one back pocket. Unlined for year-round comfort.
Cut from a comfortable blend of 70% polyester, 18% wool and 12% rayon. Imported. Dry clean only. Hemmed with a 36" inseam and available in men's sizes 26-54.
Don't forget suspenders! (sold separately).

As you can see from the photos, these old fashioned trousers sit higher on the body than modern pants do. For best fit, measure your torso (in inches) just below your belly button, and select this size of trousers. In many cases, this will be one or more size above your customary pants size. |
