The Historical Emporium people are absolutely among the most helpful, friendliest, professional and polite people I have ever done business with. I had made the mistake of over-sizing my hip size. I tend to fluctuate my weight, being a terminal cancer patient, my weight fluctuates up and down. Mostly down. I contacted customer service who quickly rectified the issue and without so much as a hiccup the problem was fixed. Great job!! Thank you!!

Quite frankly, for the price of the products I purchased I was concerned about the quality. I could not have been more wrong, each item I have ordered has been made with care and with quality materials. Each item is worth much more than you charge and the speed of delivery was excellent.

I have on numerous occasions bought items from Historical Emporium. The trousers you sell are very good in material and workmanship. Years ago I could buy Scully brand suspender trousers at many of the western store outlets but about 35 years ago they stopped stocking these trousers which I wear as everyday dress especially while I am working and riding my horses. I love the internet for very few things, but it is a blessing to find the trousers , shirts, and suspenders along with other items of apparel you sell. Everything I have purchased so far has been exceptional. I will definitely shop your store again, as long as I am able. I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience.
