Simmering in paisley black fabric, the ruffled and flounced skirt would have been considered scandalously short for the era.
The lightly boned corset top features piping, a decorative ribbon, and "look-at-me" black lace along the neckline. Pair with tasseled kid boots and silk stockings held up by garters for the look most painted ladies of the early 19th century preferred.
Made from 100% polyester. Imported. Dry clean only. Skirt has elastic waist and is approximately 25 inches long. Top features hidden zipper back with interior silk ribbon to cinch in at the waist. Skirt features four hidden ties to rouche up the front. Available in sizes S - 2X. Offered in several colors.
