A perfect walking skirt, this cotton twill features ruffles at the back that give a bustle effect, without the bother of an additional bustle pad. Excellent for later Victorian impressions as skirts slimmed and bustles became more pronounced near the close of the 1800's.

Made of 100% cotton. Imported. Unlined. Features an elasticized waist for a comfortable fit, skirt measures approximately 40 inches in length. Machine wash cold. Available in sizes XS - 3X. Offered in several colors.
