It was a tall order, but we found a Lincoln Tall Crown Top Hat similar to the style worn by the 16th president of the United States. This style was popular for several decades during the Victorian era, particularly following the Civil War and the assassination of President Lincoln in Ford's Theatre.

Our black wool felt hat features a curled 2 1/4" brim, 2" grosgrain band and impressive straight 7 ½" stovepipe crown. Leather sweat band and lined inside for comfort.

Historians say that Lincoln would often store important legal documents inside his hat (who needs a briefcase) and also enjoyed how the tall crown made him stand out even more amongst the crowd.

Made from wool felt, leather and grosgrain. Imported. Available in sizes M-XL.
