Sizing is a bit off. Would like the clothing better if you could pick a different size top and bottom. The " dress" I ordered came in a skirt and top combo--the skirt was at least 2 sizes too big and the top was 1 size too big. With this type of clothing fit really matters (being baggy is not an option). I had to return my purchase since I knew there was no real way to make it work unless I wanted to spend $20-50 more in alterations to get the outfit to look right. And if I have to alter it, I am better off just making my own costume (both in terms of cost and fit). Great styles though--wish it could have worked out.

I had to call customer service because I needed my order before New Years Eve but the website is not very good about determining delivery date. Customer service was able to verify all my items were in a particular location so t hat my order would arrive in time.

Product delivered was just as described and even better in person. Customer service, Noel, was outstanding. Can't go wrong with products or customer service.

I'm sure the product I purchased is great. I haven't opened it yet because the birthday doesn't happen until January 11th. I have to keep the box sealed so t hat no one peaks! LOL! Customer service went above and beyond with me. Absolutely superb! Jamie was fabulous!
