I have bought several items over the last 5 or 6 years. Between reenactments (portraying Jefferson Davis) or an slight adjustment in wardrobe and we're Victorian era or the western look. I have sent others to your company and when in South Carolina earlier this year one of those I recommended was there in full costume taking part in the event. I had to return a couple of collars for exchange due to my own poor measuring and it was quickly resolved.

I don't remember the name of the person that helped me in taking my order, but they were very friendly & helpful. They understood everything I was saying and requesting.
