I had a question about one of the products before making a decision to purchase. A customer service representative was prompt to reply and took the time to write a detailed, thoughtful answer that addressed fully the nature of my question. I'm very impressed

suspenders had mildew or stains on leather. I promptly got another shipped to me but the first should have been inspected before sending out. Hopefully a lesson learned.
