This was my first order, so I wanted to see how well the system worked. Answer: Very well. Descriptions were good, especially about warning if sizes ran small. I'm now very obviously on an email list, but the emails are not a burden. I have already seen some very attractive items t hat will be future purchases!

I contacted Customer Service via email about my swimsuit not having a lining in the trunks. C.S. called me the next day and offered to replace my swimsuit with lined swimsuit of similar design. Great response to my problem from a fantastic company.
