I've been pretty pleased with all purchases from historical emporium.

Great store for good old fashioned Quality. With lots of wood, leather , silk, versus plastic, vinyl and Made in China. For example I bought silk suspenders which are usually made out of stretchy polyester. Where else would have that. In addition the suspenders had genuine leather button anchors. They cost more but I am willing to pay for the quality.

Excellent company and the best employees. Small business with desire to be the best! The service is real and very prompt. I have seen their products on When Calls the Heart - Hallmark Series. Very authentic for the period advertised. You will look out of time, and Period correct. Perfect choice for any period correct engagement and events.

I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.
