Belt came well packaged and upon inspection was well made and looks great. Doesn't fit pistol as well as I thought but need to spend some time with it and get used to it to make any real judgments but will try another for the 45.

Everything looks good. issue # 1 size is too big. if you are 36 ask for 38 not 4 size bigger per website. issue #2. color is bleeding. it not lot, but after handling for about 30 minutes. I can see black dye all over my hand. let it dry for a week and dye is still coming off. I am now looking for leather sealer. issue #3 main belt looks like two part. edges are sealed nice. but in the center about 6 inches, was not sealed properly. per website if you wear it no return. I do like the belt, not very good detail.

Bought this holster belt on a whim, it looked like what the real western cowboys would have and was definitely worth the price. As I sit here writing this, it is slung over my dresser, pistol at the ready. Matching black cowboy hat upon that. Fits as advertised & yes I measured how they instructed on the website. Not satisfied with the belt.I ordered a 38,and even though the belt says 38,it is more like a 34,a little too small.

Better quality than I expected but I recommend going down a size instead of going up if you are in between sizes. But the belt and holster are beautiful.

Belt would not buckle into last hole in the belt. Rivet was showing signs of rust. holster seemed to big around the cylinder area. tooling looked great and over all construction is good. will last a long time and lots of use.

I was very pleased with the Western Gun Belt & Holster . The first one ordered stated that I would receive it in a little over a week. I was surprised that it arrived in 3 days. I sent it back because I order the wrong size and was helped out very quickly. I received the corrected size still in less than what the original order stated. Bullets fit rather good, I was expecting a very loose fit but all fit great.

This is a great holster and the leather smell I love smell. Will fit good now since I ordered to small the first time. future buyers go a few sizes up from your pant size. need to break in and adjust holster size to fit my weapon and it will be great.

I purchased this item for my Ruger revolver. The holster is excellent quality and after following the instructions, it fits my gun very well. I followed the sizing instructions and ordered the size indicated. The belt runs on the big side. I have to put the belt in the very last hole to fit properly. If you are in between sizes, order the smaller one.

The holster was to big for my Colt 22 revolver even after adjusting the size per the online directions. Was able to put the holster (which fit my Colt 22 revolver) on the belt which came with the holster. Now I has an outfit which is usable. Would like to see holster belts, like the one ordered offered without the holster so that one would not have to order a complete outfit (belt and holster) if one's waist size changed.

Wish they had actual "womens" belt and holsters but whatever it worked well for my wife. The draw is in good alignment with draw arm and fits snugly when tightened. I did manage to measure her though - Make sure you do!! The belt will not fit well (as they suggest) if you don't. Item was as it was pictured in the pictures on the website. All I could find for my revolver in stores was conceal and carry holsters. I wanted something that would hold my revolver securely when seated and riding and be comfortable. This holster totally fit the bill. It arrived before the ship date which was nice. When it arrived it seemed a little round and like it wouldn't hold the gun correctly. Then I read the directions, I am a man, and the holster was able to be compressed to fit the gun better. Craftsmanship is better than I expected. I will purchase from them again in the future when I get other revolvers.

My western style gun belt and holster was very nice. It was shipped quickly and was very affordably priced for a leather rig. I was very pleased and will visit the Historica Emporium for my accessory needs in the future.

Unfortunately it came a little too big for me according the sizing chart, I should've ordered a size smaller but thats ok it doesn't take away from the quality. The only thing I'd change is the snap around the holster to a buckle. That thing unsnaps so easily if its touched. Hard to beat the quality for the price though

Love my holster. Well made and stitched, fits my revolver like a glove. Be sure and listen to what they say about order size and measure yourself before buying. The size suggestion on the website was spot on.

The first holster was way too big. I called and left a message and recieved a call back within an hour. The rep said he will send me a smaller size and I recieved it within a few days. In the meantime, I sent the original back.(I had to eat the shipping). The rep was very friendly, the shipping is lightnigng fast and the product is one of extremely good quality. I bought this for a Colt New Frontier .22. It is quite large and will not hold it securely. If you have a 7/8 scale SAA (like a Single Six, Rough Rider or Frontier) you should look for a holster sized more appropriately for that model. For a full size .22 SAA, it should be fine. The workmanship was quite nice, though.

When I called C/S, I was told that these holsters where not made for Heritage Rough Rider Revolvers Especially the 22cal. revolver: but with adjusting per the instructions, that my holster would work. I tried adjusting the holster per the instructions for about 2 to 3 days. I finally put the gun in the holster, put the gun and holster on the floor and in stocking feet forced the metal stiffened holster to form around the gun; it worked. The weight of the gun will work the gun farther into the holster, causing the holster to open up, but apply the stocking proceedure every 10 days or so is needed to keep the correct form, to hold the gun, the way you want it, as tight as you want it. I now wonder why a disclaimer in the in the section "Western Leather Holsters for Heritage Brand Revolvers" is not present?

This was my first order with historical emporium and am very satisfied with both the product and service. This "rig" is for my heritage roughrider .22 sa revolver. The leather and construction are good quality and the sizing instructions are useful. There are 35 snug cartridge loops. You can adjust the holster for a more custom fit via a metal plate. My revolver has a 6 1/2" barrel so currently about 1" protrudes from the open bottom although I'm sure that I can further adjust it so it is flush (but this is not a real issue). The holster has an adjustable hammer loop and leg tie. Now I just have to practice my quick draw :).

got the .22 cal. belt and holster for my heritage .22 combo. ..1st off I was glad I came upon your site while researching gun belts. Best price out there. It arrived really fast and looks just like the picture...well made , heavy duty leather ! Love it.. the revolver fits like a glove..( I have the 7.5")...would fit a .45 colt..no problem. except for the ammo loops of coarse. but the holster it self could handle it. has leg tiedown..and hammer loop. I would highly recommend it. can't say enough about the quality and craftsmanship ..especially for the price. has suggested, by your site, I ordered 4" larger than waist. fits and hangs perfect..makes me feel like John Wayne !

My Heritage Rough Rider 22mag fit just fine in the holster. The belt works well, even on my large frame. The rounds fit a little tight in the loops, but that is okay as they will not fall out easily. Overall, a fine piece of leather.

Received holster the I ordered in a timely manner, but even though it looks OK, my pet chiwahwah is scared to death of it. I know what I'm about to tell you is foolish but I've had something bad happen every day it has been in my house. Maybe it just coincidence but I'll briefly explain. Hole in my home's vinyl, knocked off my glasses and ran over them, put a bad dent in the door of my new car, and while taking a new fishing rod outfit out of a closet to give as a gift to my grandson the ceiling fan blade broke the rod. This all happened in first or 3 days I had it. Moved it to my shop. Spooky ain't it.

The holster is what I wanted and needed. It seemed stiff but after reading product softener information the best advise was leave it alone and manipulate it by hand, which is the correct approach. I would like the option of a 2" belt to fit pant belt loops.

This cartridge is just as nice as the black tooled one I ordered. Its not as fancy as the tooled belt but just as functional and because I followed your measurement instructions on belt sizing it fits great! I think I'll get years of use from this belt. Thank you!

Just what I wanted. Belt was a bit wider than I expected (3 inches) and held a few less rounds than expected (21 rounds of 22 mag). Very comfortable and fits holster great. Holster is nice fit to my Ruger Single Six (5.5 inch barrel). Sevice and delivery was excellent. I would definitely use Historical Emporium again and recommend them to my friends.

This holster is perfect for adding a second gun to my new right hand drop leg rig that I purchased from Historical Emporium. Color matches drop leg rig perfectly and fits my 1873 colt clone Pietta Californian perfectly. It creates a great look while giving me the option of a two-gun rig should I need it. And we all know, wannabe cowboys can never have enough guns.

Along with my my side draw, low ride holster, two gun Toby will ride again. (And I once found out why men should ride tall in the saddle) The quality of my holsters is beyond reproach. Not even a scratch in the leather and my 5.5" Remington fits like it was a custom made holster. Once fitted, my gun draws without a hitch. I will recommend Historical Emporium to everyone.

So I'm in a western show! Lots of fight scenes horseback riding etc. I only did the belt hold up two guns it barely shifted and stayed in place very comfortable although thick. But works great Love the smell of leather it comes with.
