This was a Christmas gift for my wife. She has been wanting a gun belt with the drop holster for years to carry while out on our property. I did mess up on the size as it is to big, but I think I can adjust the belt to fit her.

I received my belt and holster a lot faster than I expected. The quality is very good and it is just what I was needing.I own a cattle operation and am always checking fences and checking on cattle. I love my left hand western belt and holster set. It fits perfectly and is very handsome. You are one of the few places a left hand western shooter can find authentic gear that is not a special order nightmare.

Except for maybe the 2 rivets, very period correct, stitched very well but lines not perfect and that makes it better, more realistic.. Absolutely love it!!! Pietta 1851 Colt, 7 1/2 barrel, 44 cal

Ordered both strong side right handed and left handed. Both appear to be the same deign and quality and both seem to exhibit the same craftsmanship. My Rugar Vaqueros fit nicely. I was worried that the high rider belt might pose some problems drawing the revolvers and re-holstering them, but in competition last week end, they seem to work just fine. They are a generic design, so they are not specifically fitted for my 38-357 SAAs - but again, this does not seem to be an issue. Time will tell if they are duarable enough to hold up to the stresses and demands of competition. On the other hand the price is so reasonable that replacing them every three or four years would not be a significant burden - but I do EXPECT them to last much much longer.

Love the holster. I wanted something plain and not too fancy. exactly what I was looking for to match the powder belt I bought to attach it to. the gun sits a tad deep in the holster but it doesn't matter to me since I always customize mine exactly the way I need it. it sits well on the hip, good tough leather. Sometimes a simple design works best. For me, in this case, it's true It holds my steampunk pistols quite well. Just one problem.....I have to purchase a RH Holster. :)

Only issue I have with it is the trigger guard/secure loop needs to be more easily adjustable. It does not reach up over my trigger and will need some work to pull it up higher so it can be effective.

My new gun belt is exactly what I was looking for and the price was the best I had seen. I would highly recommend anyone who needs to get some historical items this would be the place to get it

Fit and finish is great. Not so much as a scratch on the leather and my 58 remingtons fit perfectly after fitting. The holsters, one, a rh side draw and a rh crossdraw balance the weight perfectly. I will highly recommend Historical Emporium to everyone.

I was pleased with the first order and the quality and craftmanship of the first holster I ordered. But I was surprised as I removed the second holster order from the plastic bag. The holster was on the belt but it was improperly reversed. Not quite okay....but funny. I easily changed it, no harm done. Thanks.

I bought this for my prized late grandfather's .44 mag Ruger Super Blackhawk with a 7.5 inch barrel. Reading reviews and seeing the price I was skeptical and anticipated having to return it when it arrived. There is a lot online about how the sizing recommendations for the belt listed on the Historical Emporium website was wrong and as waste of money. Well. I ordered this (and two others for a .22 6.5" barrel and and a .357 Super blackhawk 6.5" barrel) and the online order was very easy for me, despite the website looking older then most found today (I struggle to order amazon crap effectively). I ordered the sizing of the belt as directed on the website and after submitting the order, I got an email saying it would arrive in 10 days approximately, and a tracking number (this was on Thursday night at 1900 ish) A big blizzard storm blew in the next day and by Saturday we had a foot of snow. To my amazement, I received an email informing me they would arrive before noon. And they did! They were packed excellently. After opening I was stunned by the quality. I couldn't hardly talk for a min. The revolvers fit like a glove! I put them on one by one and they fit exactly as stated on the website. I was so impressed and shocked I actually called Historical Emporium that minute and left a very long voicemail gushing about how shocked and happy and thankful I was for them. This is the best purchase I've made in 40 years. If you are considering purchasing anything...

First length was way off, Second length was good. If you are going to buy this item then add 4 inches to your pants belt size. If you buy it too big, then it will hang too low and your arm will not reach the pistol.

It is well sized for 44 and 45 cal pistol cartridges. Snug enough to retain in the bandolier but not so snug that removal is difficult. Nice leather product.

It's an awesome bandolier.

I had been looking for a leather Bandolier to hold 45 caliber bullets from the day I received my Henry Rifle. Most places the leather ones were over priced. I wish I could send a picture how well it looks with the bullets in it. Now all I have to do is grab my case and knowing I have enough ammo ready to go shoot!

Quality of the Bandolier is Very Good (VG). The .45 Colt rounds fit securely in the loops (billets). Is comfortable wearing it over my heavy hunting shirts. Will be much more practical to use while hunting than a waist cartridge belt, and its associated problems.

I was needing a gun belt for a steampunk costume. BuT also needed one for a revolver for the shooting range. We are constitutional carry. Honestly for $80 it is amazing. I wear 32 jeans. Bought the 38. Fits perfect. Craftsman's ship amazing. Well worth the money.

Very well made with good quality leather. Sizing is correct by the chart. holster was almost a perfect fit for my Taylor Arms Smoke Wagon 45 LC 5.5 inch barreled Single Action Revolver. All it took was a 30 second adjustment to the holster and it fits like a glove, not too tight and not too lose. Shell loops are a great fit for the 45 LC shells as well tight but easy to remove. Belt is a little stiff, (a little Needs foot oil will solve that quickly). but doesn't cut or dig. Do wish the Tie down thong was a little heaver leather, but easy to change. Great Rig over all. At a great price.
