I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. I ordered the wrong size hat. Expressed shipped it back and Julia was great help as was Noel who's suggestion worked best. US mail had the package arriving in San Jose, the 3rd. It didn't get there. Noel's suggestion he left on my voice mail to buy another and they would refund the first upon receiving it. Having a drop dead date of when I needed the new hat sent Julia followed through with the order's shipping and getting me the info. Hat got here a few days earlier! Thank you, Historical Emporium,

We ordered a pair of Trousers. They were too small. We needed them in a hurry so we ordered another pair. We should have " returned" them instead of "exchanged" them. But Julia got it taken care of and things are fine.
