I made a mistake on my order and ordered too large an item. I reviewed the return policy and complied. I included w hat I wanted and my order was returned to me in a week, no questions asked. I have never had such prompt service. This is a number one company who serve as an example to the rest. You can make no mistake by using them. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE.

I loved the selection and the quality of the products. The prices were a little high and I wish I had been told about an upcoming sale because I could have saved over $20 on my purchase. Delivery was prompt, but I needed to exchange my purchase for a larger size. It cost me over $12 to send my item back! A return label and voucher would have been nice. Overall I am happy with my purchase and look forward to wearing it in the near future.

The materials the clothing are made from are high quality and very authentic ... true to history! They give a very custom look and feel ... it's possible t hat these articles may be found elsewhere, but I bet it is hard to find, the selection is limited, and the efficiency of ordering is probably more cumbersome. Historical Emporium has figured out how to effectively operate a very niche market. Trust the size recommendations given on the website ... they know w hat they are talking about ... these aren't contemporary clothing styles ... they are historic styles, and therefore have differing sizing systems from todays clothes. I had one article of clothing sent in the wrong size (simple mistake), but Historical Emporium's customer service department was efficient and fixed the problem, no questions asked ... a very easy exchange!
