My experience in buying the Long Riding boots I ordered the Long Riding Boots, and when they arrived, one boot, though marked the right size, was noticeably smaller than the other boot. I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

I had no problems ordering. The shipping was a little long but I paid extra for faster shipping. Now I know shop a little earlier before an event. The clothing is very comfortable.

I head up a Dickens caroling group and have ordered many products from Historical Emporium over the past few years. I always find what I'm looking for and am continually impressed with the quality of everything I buy.
